Partnership Sales Director - North America
As a Partnership Sales Director, you will sell Spiideo's streaming solutions into the rapidly expanding market for automated sports production, with a specific focus on media companies and leagues.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Spiideo is looking to expand the North American Partnership team, with the addition of a Partnership Sales Director based in the US.
As a Partnership Sales Director - North America, you will:
- Sell Spiideo streaming solutions (Spiideo Play) into the rapidly expanding market for automated sports production, with a specific focus on media companies and leagues
- Engage with senior executive level contacts, and develop customized solutions that meet their needs
- Take full responsibility during the entire sales cycle - opportunity generation to closed won
- Manage daily sales operations - Salesforce, monthly forecasting, etc.
- Work cross functionally with Product, Customer Success, Finance create and maintain efficient operations and communicate effectively during the sales process
- Work closely with Spiideo’s marketing team to develop account-based marketing strategies and campaigns that drive new opportunity generation
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the sports media industry - ideally in the streaming/production space
- Minimum 5 years sales experience - ideally proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Demonstrated career trajectory with proven success bringing in new customers to exceed revenue targets
- Experienced in driving large-scale deals
- Skilled in project management and meticulous organizational skillsWell-versed and knowledgeable in solution selling, business case calculations, and price/contract negotiations
- Proactive and creative thinker - with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environment
The ideal candidate would:
- Bring a large/strong network of potential clients that they could add straight to the pipeline
- In-depth knowledge/case studies on different monetization models for different sports/levels/platforms
- In-depth knowledge on the technical aspects/requirements of sports video production and distribution
